Prior to launching Cleary Gull Inc. in 1987, he was a First Vice President of Institutional Sales at Robert W. Baird & Co. He also worked in the investment real estate industry.
Mr. Cleary is involved in many civic and charitable concerns. He is a former Chairman of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Milwaukee, and is currently on the Advisory Board for the St. Francis Children’s Center as well as the Board of Trustees for the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. He is also a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee.
Mr. Cleary earned his BA from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He also completed the Advanced Money Management Program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
During his 15 years of private practice experience, Mr. Warner worked on designing, implementing and funding personal and corporate life insurance, qualified retirement and executive benefit plans.
Mr. Warner is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and a Past President of its Milwaukee Chapter. He also belongs to the Milwaukee Estate Counselors Forum and is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Mr. Warner received a BS in Management from Purdue University. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®.)
Prior to joining Cleary Gull, Mr. Reeves worked for Strong Financial Corporation as an Analyst focusing on network and server administration. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer End-User Technologies from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
